My founder operating system: discipline, deep work, prayer and execution

I am building my work around a simple idea: energy is a business asset. If I waste my mornings, sleep, focus and discipline, my technical skills become harder to use.

The operating system I am practicing

• Wake early: start before noise and notifications take control.
• Prayer and reflection: keep the mind grounded before the work starts.
• Deep work blocks: portfolio, Upwork, Fiverr, 99BinaryLab and client work need focused time.
• No late-night chaos: tired work creates bugs and bad decisions.
• No smoking: health and clarity matter more than temporary relief.
• Track money and leads: a founder must know where opportunities are coming from.
